Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following information ready:
- Your Varsity Tutors login credentials (these are provided by your Varsity Tutors Customer Success Manager).
- A reliable internet connection.
- Access to a supported browser (we recommend using the latest version of Chrome)
- Open your browser and navigate to:
https://www.varsitytutors.com
- Locate the “Log In” button in the upper-right corner of the homepage.
- Click it to proceed to the login screen.
- On the login screen, enter your:
- Email address (this should be the one registered by your Customer Success Manager)
- Password (provided in your welcome email)
- If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted to change your password for security purposes.
- After logging in, you will be directed to your personalized Admin Dashboard.
- From here, you can:

- View student progress and engagement
- Manage tutoring sessions
- Access program usage reports
- Communicate with the Varsity Tutors support team if needed
If you experience trouble logging in, try the following:
- Double-check your credentials – make sure there are no typos.
- Reset your password – use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page.
- Clear your browser cache – outdated cache can interfere with login sessions.
- Try a different browser or device – this can help identify if the issue is platform-specific.
