How to Access Session Recordings
Depending on the type of session or class you've attended, recordings may or may not be available. Here's a breakdown of what's accessible and where to find it.
Live 1:1 Tutoring Sessions
Recordings of live 1:1 tutoring sessions are available to students.
To access:
- Go to Tutoring
- Select My Past Sessions
- From here, you can:
- View a session summary
- View the full recording of the session
Live Group Courses
Live group courses are not recorded.
Because these courses include multiple live students joining together, session recordings are not made or made available in order to protect the privacy of all participants in the session.
Pre-Recorded Asynchronous Classes
Pre-recorded, asynchronous classes are available to view at any time. Unlike live group courses, these are pre-recorded specifically for on-demand viewing and don't involve live student participants, so there are no privacy restrictions on access.
